Our Commitment to Accessibility
Pride of Africa Adventures & Safaris Limited wants every traveler to be able to plan a safari with us, and we want our website to be usable by as many people as possible, including guests who use assistive technology.
1. Website Accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Ongoing work includes:
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images and photography.
- A logical heading structure and a “skip to content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Clear focus indicators for keyboard navigation, and forms with properly associated labels.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background throughout the site.
- Menus, sliders, and interactive components built to work with both a mouse and a keyboard.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter any part of our website that is difficult to use with assistive technology, please let us know using the details below and we will work to address it.
2. Accessibility During Your Safari
If you or a member of your party has a mobility limitation, sensory impairment, or other accessibility need, please tell us at the time of booking. We will work with you to recommend accessible accommodation, adapted vehicles where available, and itineraries suited to your needs — safari terrain and lodge infrastructure vary widely across East Africa, so early notice helps us plan the right trip for you.
3. Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If you would prefer not to use our website forms, you can reach our team directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email — see the contact details below.
4. Feedback & Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and our trips.
